Mark Harris
Vice President of National Government Sales and Operations

Mark Harris is vice president of National Government Sales and Operations for Verizon Wireless. He is responsible for managing sales and customer service, negotiating customer agreements, and ensuring compliance in working with federal government accounts nationwide.

Prior to this role, Harris was director of the company's Communications Store channel in the Southern New England Region.

His experience in the wireless industry spans over 13 years and includes leadership positions in business sales for the company's Upstate New York and Washington-Baltimore-Virginia regions. As Federal Government National Account and Major Account manager, Harris was responsible for managing the company's largest nationwide customer relationship.

Harris was named to the 2003 and 2006 Verizon Wireless President's Cabinet, a prestigious national acknowledgement for his sales performance and leadership in customer loyalty initiatives.

He holds a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University.
