Eileen M. Creeden
Vice President - Northeast Area Customer Service
Creeden began her career in New England Telephone in 1978 and has held a variety of positions in Customer Service, Business Planning and Marketing prior to being appointed to her current role in 2001.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
