Christine Berberich
Vice President - Midwest Area Customer Service

Christine Berberich is vice president - Midwest Area Customer Service for Verizon Wireless, the premier wireless provider with the nation's most reliable wireless network. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for the area’s eight customer service centers that primarily support customers in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

For 16 years, Christine has served in various positions with Verizon Wireless and its legacy companies, most recently for the past two years as Midwest Area Training director. Her tenure includes 14 years of Customer Service management. She served as director - Midwest Area Customer Service for three years. Christine has also held associate director positions in the customer service centers and in training and customer loyalty.

Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing at St. Louis University.
