Anthony Bowman
Vice President - West Area Customer Service
Anthony Bowman is vice president-West Area Customer Service for Verizon Wireless, the premier wireless provider with the nation's most reliable wireless network. He is responsible for overseeing the company-owned and -operated customer service centers that support Verizon Wireless customers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, Western Texas (El Paso Area), Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
He previously served as director-Customer Service for Verizon Wireless. Anthony joined the wireless business in 1998 as a resource manager for Verizon Wireless' Messaging Services and later held the positions of associate director-Customer Service and director-Customer Service. Prior to entering the wireless industry, Anthony was assistant vice president and manager of Operations for Bank of America.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from California State University, Hayward.
