Tony Heyman

Heyman’s broad telecommunications experience spans wireline operations and wireless Customer Service and distribution – both retail and business. He entered the industry at Pacific Bell in northern Calif. in 1992, overseeing provisioning and repair of voice and data services. Later at Pacific Bell Mobile Services, he held positions with varied responsibilities including device distribution and fulfillment, technical support and churn (customer loyalty) management.
He has held positions of increasing responsibility with Verizon Wireless in both customer service, including three years as vice president-Customer Service for Midwest Area; and in distribution, including three years at the company’s national headquarters as staff vice president-National Distribution. Prior to entering the telecom industry, Heyman gained five years experience in the financial industry at Merrill Lynch.
Heyman earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and a master’s degree with a concentration in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
