Kay Henze
President - Houston/Gulf Coast Region

Kay Henze is president - Houston/Gulf Coast Region for Verizon Wireless. Henze is responsible for directing sales, marketing, operations and financial performance across an area that stretches from southeastern Texas along the Gulf Coast to the Florida panhandle.

Previously, Henze served as Director of Retail Stores for the Verizon Wireless Carolinas/Tennessee Region. Through her leadership, the region increased productivity and delivered new levels of customer satisfaction.

Henze has 15 years of experience with Verizon Wireless and its legacy companies. Her background includes positions in retail and indirect sales, training and curriculum development, business planning and marketing. Prior leadership roles include Director of South Area Training/Marketing Communications and Director of Indirect Sales.

Henze is a graduate of King College in Bristol Tennessee.
